Detailed here is our Terms and Conditions to ease your mind. Sometimes there can be unexpected problems when ordering and receiving shipments with anything, however with our High Expectations we hold, “Your product is our Priority!”

Things we want you to know about concerning your order(s):
Order Fullfillment:
With our highest priority being your purchase and your packaging, we strive in making sure the order is Correct! When we receive your order, the address that is shipped out to is the address you provide on the website. If there is an incorrect mailing address entered and the postal service does not recognize it, please know that we will contact you asap and will coordinate with you on getting it to you with the correct address. We provide tracking on any and all orders if not at the time of shipping, upon your request.
On the same topic, if for some reason you find that your order was fulfilled incorrectly, please notify us immediately and we will work with you on fixing it.
Damaged Shipment:
Packaging and your purchase is our main priority, with that said shipments can become damaged while in transit on rare instances. Since we know this is possible, we stand behind you if the shipping company does deliver your product damaged. Just let us know and please take a picture and email us. We would be more than glad to look into and handle how needed from our facility. We do not wish to have any unhappy purchases!
Defective Products (Exchanges & Returns):
We guarantee all of our items, as we hand pack each and every order with one to two people. All packaging that leaves our facility is double checked, maybe even triple checked. “Your product is our Priority!”
When receiving your package, we offer a seven (7) day return policy window. It starts with you contacting us immediately. Since instances can vary, each issue we take into immediate consideration and will address immediately. If it is an issue from our end, we will do our best to satisfy the refund or exchange. Please note, in order to receive exchange or refund, the product needs to have the original packing and not be worn in anyway.
You MUST contact us (by phone or e-mail) prior to shipping your product for any type of return or exchange.
Billing:
We accept payment in the form of Credit Card, Check, and Paypal. Orders will not be shipped or delivered until payment is received in full. Online orders will be processed upon checkout. Credit Card and Check payments will be paid prior to packaging and shipping.
